DESIGN

Our Concept Design service provides a comprehensive approach to your project, starting with a discussion of your requirements. We then work with you to select finishes and materials, using 3D modelling and images to bring your ideas to life. 

FEES:
OPTION 1: HOURLY RATE @ $250.00 P/H + GST
OPTION 2: FIXED FEE AS AGREED BASED ON PREDICTED HOURS

DRAW

We draw up detailed plans and schematics that prepare your designs for builders and joiners, Our service helps to make sure that the finished product is exactly what you envisioned.

Includes (varies per project):
 

  • Interior floor plan review

  • Design & documentation including joinery & wet areas

  • Selection & scheduling of interior finishes, fixtures, fittings & appliances

  • Selection & scheduling of internal window treatments

  • General interior lighting & electrical plans

  • External colour scheme (T&C’s apply)

FEES:
OPTION 1: HOURLY RATE @ $250.00 P/H + GST

SUPPORT

We offer comprehensive construction support services, managing the entire project from start to finish. We coordinate builders requests, joinery shop drawings, and provide professional feedback and opinions to give you the confidence to make the best design decisions.

FURNISH & FINISH

Our residential decoration service offers a comprehensive approach to creating beautiful, timeless spaces. We work with clients to continue the legacy of our design projects, curating art, decor and furniture that best reflect their personal style. Our decorating and furniture procurement process includes a floor plan review, budget estimate, mood board selections, complete furniture selection schedule, and furniture procurement, purchasing, and delivery.

FEES:
HOURLY RATE @ $250.00 P/H + GST
