Project Stages

Contact our Studio today to discuss your project in detail. In this phase, we discuss your brief, ideas and expectations around timing and budget.
We will arrange an initial consulation either on-site or with Emily Hollier to discuss further.

Stage begins with the measure-up and careful site assessment. Then the initial project sketches and layout concepts are developed. Approval of the proposed layouts is obtained. An initial finishes palette is presented along with key imagery to ensure the vision is fully aligned between our team and the client.

A customised project proposal is presented, including design for key spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms. This will be carefully tailored to your specific brief and the full scope of works.
The stage finishes with a full set of documents (plans, sections and elevations) generated for pricing from trades, tailored specifically to the required budget.

The contractor has been appointed and the fee finalised. Our studio remains actively engaged to ensure the design intent is faithfully realised through construction and workmanship. We conduct site visits, coordinate meetings and liaise with builders, certifiers, suppliers and other stakeholders to safeguard quality and resolve issues as they arise.

We offer a full styling and decoration service including selection of furniture, curtains and styling items.
